A drawer that knows how to remind you.

This is the module isna exists for. In other apps a document is a file in a folder. Here it is a record: who issued it, when, under what number, who it concerns, how long it is valid, and where the paper original is kept.

The expiry date is a field

That is why there is an "expiring soon" view, and why the reminder arrives ninety, thirty and seven days ahead — rather than on the day, when it is already too late.

Where the original is

One field that turned out to be the most useful of all: "safe, top drawer", "at my mother's", "in the car". It carries over onto the emergency sheet.

Folders, tags and versions

A new version of a contract does not overwrite the old one — the old one stays in the document's history.

How a file gets in

It goes straight to object storage through a signed link valid for ten minutes, and is only then committed. The file type is determined by reading the actual bytes, not by what the browser claims to be sending — a file pretending to be something it is not gets rejected. Virus scanning is available and can be switched on.

Connected to everything else

A document can be attached to an event, a task, an expense, a vehicle or a family member. The service invoice sits with the expense, with the car and with the date, and it can be found from any of the three.

Start with the one deadline you cannot afford to miss.

Set your family up in two minutes. Thirty days of everything, and it does not ask for a card.
