One price for the whole household, however many people are in it. What you pay for is storage and the advanced modules, not the number of members.

Billing is not live yet: the paid plans are marked “coming soon” and every button leads to free registration. The remaining {TOKENS} are the payment provider, the support address and the legal entity.

The free plan is not a demo.

Calendar, tasks and lists run without limits and without an expiry. We do not cut your past off after thirty days and we do not lock your data — that is the mistake one large family app made in 2024, and it paid for it with an exodus.

What happens if you stop paying.

The account returns to the free plan. Nothing is deleted. If you are over the storage quota you cannot add new files until you free up space or renew — the existing ones stay available and can be downloaded at any time.

Cancelling.

From settings, without writing to support, effective at the end of the paid period.

Refunds.

Thirty days, no explanation needed. Write to {SUPPORT_EMAIL}.

Billing questions

Do you charge per family member?: No. A family of five and a family of ten pay the same.
Do I need a card for the free plan?: No.
Can I change plan?: Any time. The difference is prorated.
Which currencies?: Billing is in euros. {MOR_PROVIDER} shows the amount in your currency at checkout.
Do you issue VAT invoices?: Yes, issued by {MOR_PROVIDER} as the seller of record.
