None of that information was lost. Every piece of it was somewhere — in a drawer, in an inbox, in somebody’s head. It just was not in one place that knows how to remind you.

It works when you are the only one logging in.
Most family apps fail at the same point: they are only useful if everyone in the house opens them every day. That does not happen.
isna is built the other way round. One person keeps the record, and everyone else receives what they need in the form that suits them: the calendar reaches their phone as an ICS file any calendar app opens, the daily digest lands in their inbox, the shopping list is on the tablet in the kitchen. Anyone who wants an account gets one. Anyone who does not is still part of the system.
One entry, four points of view.
The car insurance policy is four things at once: a document with an expiry date, an expense of €200 paid in March, an obligation attached to one member of the family, and a deadline that comes round every year.
In isna it is one entry. You find it in Documents when you want the paper, in Finances when you are looking at where the money went, on a family member’s page when you want everything about one person, and in a reminder a month before it lapses.
What isna will never do
- It will never read your bank account.
- It will never track where your children are.
- It will never have a feed, likes or chat.
- It will never sell your data or show you ads.
- It will never score who did more chores.
Languages and currencies
English, German and Serbian (Latin) — throughout the app, reminder emails included. Dates, numbers and currencies are formatted the way your language writes them.
Expenses can be in any currency. The exchange rate is stored as it was on the day of the expense, so a report from two years ago still reads the same today.
Built for one kitchen, then opened to the rest.
isna exists because one household needed it, and it ran a real family for a year before anyone else could use it. Everything on this site is in daily use, at home, by the person who maintains it.

- Does everyone need an account?
- No. The app is fully useful with a single account. Family members can exist purely as records, and still receive the calendar and the reminders.
- Where is my data?
- On a server in the EU. We do not sell it, we do not advertise against it, and we do not train models on it.
- Can I export everything?
- Any time, in one click: a ZIP with every record as JSON and every file you uploaded.
- What if I stop paying?
- The account drops to the free plan. Nothing is deleted — you simply cannot add new files over the quota until you free up space or renew.
