Terms of service
Short, and without traps. If something here reads as unfair, write in — it will be changed before anyone relies on it.

Who provides the service
The service is provided by EDVIN KOVAČEVIĆ PR EK IT SOLUTIONS 2020, Generala Živkovića bb, 36300 Novi Pazar, Serbia. The service is isna, a family organiser reached through a browser.
Your account
An account needs a working email address. The password is yours to look after; two-factor sign-in is recommended and is switched on in settings. One account belongs to one person — shared accounts are why an edit history stops being readable.
Household and roles
The household owner manages members and can remove access. There are four roles: owner, adult, limited (teenager) and viewer. A limited account does not see money and deletes nothing.
Whoever owns the household controls its content. If a household separates, export exists for both sides — which is part of why it has existed since day one.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful content.
- No other people’s personal data that you have no basis to enter.
- No attempts to reach another household or to get around plan limits.
- No automated collection of content that is not yours.
Plan limits
Storage, single-file size and the number of accounts depend on the plan and are listed on the Pricing page. When a limit is reached, new uploads stop — existing data is not deleted and stays readable and exportable.
Billing
Paid plans are not switched on yet. When they are, Lemon Squeezy will be the seller of record: it issues the invoice and handles the tax that applies where you are.
- Prices are shown with tax included.
- A subscription renews itself until you cancel; cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- Refunds within 30 days, no explanation needed.
- Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you ask for the service to start immediately, that right ends once the service has been fully performed.
Becoming read-only
A new household has thirty days of full access, without a card. When the trial ends, or when a paid subscription reaches the end of the period you have paid for, the account becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, everything stays visible and exportable at any time, but nothing new is written. Subscribing at any point restores full access.
Availability
The service is provided as it is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. One person maintains the server, so maintenance windows happen and are announced when they can be. There is no SLA.
Liability
Liability is limited as far as the law allows. Nothing here excludes liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life or health, or the rights a consumer has under the mandatory law of their own country.
Not medical, legal or financial advice
isna is where your records sit and what reminds you of a deadline. It gives no medical, legal or financial advice and replaces no doctor, lawyer or accountant. A reminder that does not arrive does not excuse a deadline that has passed.
Backups are not your backup
Backups run nightly and are kept 30 days, and they exist to bring the service back after a failure. They are not your archive. Exporting now and then is a recommendation we mean seriously — which is why the button is there.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time. Deleting a household asks you to type its name, then waits 7 days, and can be cancelled throughout.
We can end access only for a serious breach of these terms, with notice and a chance to put it right, except where the breach makes that pointless. Export is available to you even then.
Governing law
The law of the Republic of Serbia applies. If you are a consumer in the European Union, this does not affect the mandatory law of your country or the jurisdiction of the courts where you live.
Changes to these terms
Changes are announced to the account’s email address at least 30 days beforehand. If you disagree, you can end the agreement before they take effect — and take everything with you.
Start with the one deadline you cannot afford to miss.
Set your family up in two minutes. Thirty days of everything, and it does not ask for a card.
