Paying yearly costs two months less. Prices are final — tax is included and nothing is added at checkout. Billing is in US dollars, by card through Lemon Squeezy, who also issues the invoice.
The trial is not a demo.
For thirty days you have the whole product, with no card and nothing switched off. After that the account becomes read-only: everything stays visible and can be exported at any time, you simply cannot add to it. We do not cut your past off and we do not lock your data — that is the mistake one large family app made in 2024, and it paid for it with an exodus.
What happens if you stop paying.
At the end of the period you have paid for, the account becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted: every record stays visible and downloadable. Subscribe again and writing comes back immediately — no new account, nothing lost.

Billing questions
How do I stop paying, or get a refund?
Three different things, and only one of them is a refund. To stop renewing, cancel in the app — Settings › Billing — and everything stays as it is until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the household becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, everything can still be exported, and you can subscribe again at any time. To get money back for a period already paid, you have thirty days from the payment and need give no explanation; write to info@isna.app from the address the account uses and say roughly when the payment was made — Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record and holds the money, so the refund is issued there and we ask for it on your behalf; note that a refund ends access straight away and for good on that subscription, so cancel instead if you want to keep working until the period runs out. After the thirty days the payment stands and the period you have paid for runs to its end. And if you are leaving entirely, deleting the account in the Danger zone stops the renewals too, so there is no need to cancel first.
Do you charge per family member?
No. A family of five and a family of ten pay the same.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Thirty days without a card, and nothing charges itself.
Can I change plan?
Any time. The difference is prorated.
Which currencies?
Billing is in US dollars, and the price you see is final — tax is included. If your bank does not work in dollars it converts at its own rate, so the amount on your statement can differ by a few per cent.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes, issued by Lemon Squeezy as the seller of record.
